  • Which payment methods do you accept?

- We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (Philippines only)  Paypal, Credit card, Debit card, MasterCard or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you.

  • Can I cancel my order?

- Yes! Cancellation must be made within 12-24 hours of order placement. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email at nobler.marketing@gmail.com and let us know why you wish to cancel/change your order. (We process and ship orders quickly! Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes) Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • How long does shipping take?

- There is no definite and fixed number of days for the arrival of the product. It will depend on the size of the product. Sometimes we have customers report that shipping is as early 2 weeks time, but please allow us 5-7days for the product to arrive to you.

  • Do you have shipping confirmation?

- Yes! A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

 

We ship all items from the US.You will receive an email with your tracking information.

  • Where do you ship from?

- All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in  United States. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

  • How do I track my order?

- You can track your order here. Your shipping comes with a tracking number and once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive an email with shipping information. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
